There is no form on this website, so nothing reaches us unless you send it. That leaves your name, the email address or number you used, and whatever you told us you needed. If you book, we add the date and the fee.
At a clinic you may put a contract, a status determination or a set of accounts in front of us. We read them and hand them back. Copies are only kept if you ask for a written follow-up, and then only until it has been sent.
Answering an enquiry and arranging a session is done to take steps you have asked for before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR. Keeping the invoice afterwards is a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c). We do not rely on consent for any of it, apart from the map, which is covered in the tracking policy.
An enquiry that goes nowhere is deleted after twelve months. If you booked and paid, the invoice and the session note live six years from the end of the tax year, because HMRC can ask for them that far back.
Our email provider, who processes it on our instructions under a written agreement, and nobody else. We do not sell lists, we are not in anyone's referral scheme, and we do not pass your name to an umbrella company or an accountant.
A copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, restriction, or an objection to the whole thing. Email us and you will have an answer inside a month. If the answer is unsatisfactory you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5AF.
