You, and Ninth Gate of 7 Carr Crofts Dr, Armley, Leeds LS12 3AL. Booking a clinic or a seat means these terms apply. There is nothing else to sign.
We explain tax rules and go through documents you bring, so that you can make your own decision. That is training, not regulated financial advice, and we are not appointed as your tax agent.
We do not file returns, we do not talk to HMRC on your behalf and we do not act as your accountant. If a session shows you need one of those, we will say so and you will need somebody else to do it.
A clinic is £95 and a workshop seat is £38. We are below the VAT registration threshold, so no VAT is added. Pay on the day or on an invoice due within seven days; bank transfer, and the details are on the invoice rather than on this page.
Tell us a day ahead and there is nothing to pay. Later than that, or if nobody turns up, the fee stands, because the chair stayed empty and somebody else could have used it. If we have to move a session, you get the choice of another date or your money back.
That the contract, determination or figures you show us are the current ones. We work from what is in front of us on the day and cannot check whether a document has since been replaced.
Nothing said in a session is a guarantee of how HMRC will treat your arrangement, and the decision you take afterwards is yours. Our liability for any one booking is limited to the fee paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which the law does not allow us to limit.
Ring or email and we will deal with it ourselves; there is no complaints department to be passed to. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
